Abstract
States, in its generality, are born and developed in the shadow of a permanent sense of fear against other entities. The very structure of the anarchic international system introduces various threat perceptions; one is absolute, ie the apprehension to observe their autonomy and territorial integrity undermined. The Politicide, is an extreme but common type of threat perception, that means being object of a feeling of annihilation or extinction of the state form. Today in front of integrationist vision, cooperative and collaborative dominant, it is essential to observe the evolution of threats perceptions in order to assess the nature of the changes and how they could be projected into the future.
